Refund Policy

The short version

Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded, because you agreed to that at checkout. But if something is genuinely wrong, or the product is not what was described, email me and I will refund you. I would rather do that than have you feel misled.

Why downloads are non-refundable

At checkout you confirm two things: that you want immediate access, and that you understand this means giving up the 14-day cancellation right that normally applies to distance purchases. That is what makes instant download possible.

If you did not tick that, or you have not downloaded anything yet, you keep the 14-day right. Email within 14 days and we will cancel and refund in full.

When you get a refund regardless

• ✓The files are corrupted or will not open
• ✓You received the wrong product
• ✓It is materially not as described on this site
• ✓You were charged twice

These are your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and nothing overrides them.

Try this first

Most problems are a download that failed or an email that went to spam. Email hello@apprenticetopro.co.uk with the address you used at checkout and I will send the files directly, usually the same day.

How to request a refund

Email hello@apprenticetopro.co.uk with the email address used at checkout, the date of purchase, and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the original card within 5 to 10 working days once approved.

I am one person selling a handbook, not a company with a returns department. If you have a genuine problem, tell me and I will sort it out.
