Check your spam folder first, then email me with the address you used at checkout and I will send the files directly. Downloads are delivered by Payhip immediately after payment, so if nothing has arrived within a few minutes something has gone wrong and I would rather fix it than have you wait.
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, which is standard. That said, if you genuinely feel it is not what was described, email me and we will sort it out. I would rather refund someone than have them feel misled.
The free OTJ guide, absolutely, please do. The paid handbook is licensed for one person. If several of you want it, message me about a group rate rather than passing a file around.
